What Is A Revocable Living Trust?

Coleman Law Firm

Attorney Jeffrey P. Coleman explains the relationship between someone and their revocable living trust.

Video Transcript:

A revocable living trust is the document that is created. It is a contract with yourself, if you will, and you are establishing yourself typically as your own trustee.

You then transfer assets into that trust and they are thereafter governed in terms of management or disposition upon your death by the terms of that trust.
