Ms. DiScioscia’s legal career began shortly after graduating St. Petersburg College and receiving her A.A. degree. While attending the University of Central Florida (UCF) to pursue her Bachelor’s degree, she had the opportunity to manage a branch of a well-known nationwide court reporting firm (Klein, Bury & Associates) where she was responsible for approximately 22 court reporters and the office’s day-to-day operations.
In 2001, Ms. DiScioscia returned to Clearwater after her husband received an engineering position at Honeywell Aerospace. Upon her return, Ms. DiScioscia was offered a position at the Law Offices of Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A., a securities law firm, where she took a position of Legal Assistant and Office Administrator for the next eight years of her legal career.
In 2009, Ms. DiScioscia took a short leave of absence to raise her twin daughters. After a hiatus of two years, she returned to the legal field to pursue her true passion. Ms. DiScioscia joined the Coleman Law Firm in 2011 where she has continued specializing in securities fraud litigation, and general litigation. After 16 years of working in the legal field, in January 2018, Ms. DiScioscia was recognized by the Florida Bar and received her Florida Registered Paralegal certification all while raising three children, working full-time, and pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies and Public Policy and Administration. She is currently a member of the Legal Studies Society at St. Petersburg College which assists in opportunities for involvement in pro-bono and charitable activities with state and local bar associations, as well as other law-related associations. She is also fluent in both Italian and Spanish.
