It is always preferable that when members in a will contest can get together and try to resolve their differences through mediation that they seek that. It can be a very expensive and time-consuming process to try to set aside a will and meanwhile the decedent’s assets such as business and real property may be tied up in the process as well thereby devaluing what you’re ultimately arguing about.
