Jeffrey P. Coleman 
Clearwater, Florida

Mr. Coleman's professional affiliations include the Governance Committee of the Public Investors Arbitra­tion Bar Association (PIABA), Past President of the Clearwater Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and has served as a member of the Commercial Law Division of the American Trial Lawyers Association.  Mr. Coleman is an active member of The Florida Bar Association and Pinellas Leadership.  He also serves as a Circuit Court Mediator and as an Arbitrator with the NASD involving investor disputes within the brokerage industry.

Over the years, Mr. Coleman has published articles in both professional and lay publications regarding securities fraud, asset protection and other associated subjects.  Likewise, he has also been a speaker for professional organizations including continuing education for attorneys,  accountants, and legal assistants, as well as seminars to lay groups and stockbrokers.

In the public sector, Mr. Coleman actively supports and participates in fund raising activities for the Boy Scouts of America, volunteers for Operation Par, Inc., appears in the Pinellas County Public Schools for speaking engagements and provides legal support for the Alumni Association.  He is a baritone soloist in a variety of choirs and has recently served on the board of his church.
